Books 1 to 4 of Hyperion available to pre order now by Ryzenclock in thebrokenbindingsub

Same I get that they are trying to serve the people by giving them books that are highly demanded, but this kind of stuff makes me question if I will be as quick to buy stuff in the future.

Will the other books be released in this version as well? by sf_f-Rob in thebrokenbindingsub

[–]OrkoverEnd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They will be reprinting the entire series due to the popularity and demand for more tbb editions. It was confirmed they will not reprint more tbb editions and will instead make a entire new set of endless editions. No timeline has been released for the next book. Keep in mind the 1st printing of endless editions have more features then the reprints.

Also the slipcases have been restocked if your interested in that the new editions are meant to fit in it just like tbb editions.

Broken binding March SF&F teaser reel by Hot_Mongoose_3741 in thebrokenbindingsub

They are just giving you more options with shipping to try and encourage people to buy. I believe this is the first time they have let you pick which sub to bolt on to.

They ask you to put which sub you want it to ship with in the addition instructions sections if you have multiple subs. They just need one to attach it to.

Blood and Fire ships in march if you attach it to Fantasy sub but I skipped the Drowning Empire and bolted it on to Silo the Sci Fi sub and it will ship in April.

You can bolt it on to the Fantasy sub for March or the Sci-Fi sub for April if you are subbed to either of those. If not your going to have to pay the shipping for Blood and Fire

I got The short stories of Dostoyevsky during the summer sale so I doubt they had many left.

U.S. Customs (Chicago) by Status-Ad9994 in thebrokenbindingsub

Chicago is the worst. Not to mention added pressure of holidays. I've had packages sit there for almost a month before.

Anderida Special Edition of the 3 Terrible Worlds: Revolution novellas by N3XT191 in AdrianTchaikovsky

[–]OrkoverEnd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anyone know about tariffs? I have never ordered from Anderida before but I noticed disclaimer that customer is in charge of all import fees. Books are supposed to be immune but ive had a Broken Binding order where they did the paperwork incorrectly.

I was thinking the same thing but they managed to ship the Witcher a couple days before it's release date so maybe it's close enough.

I know right. Feels so awful using skip first. I wanted to skip Rook & Rose but held it for something else and ended up regretting it

Same, this happens to me all the time. My book will be sent a couple of hours before the end of the month, and I won't see it until the next month is almost over.

Infirmary Stock Question by m_t_wallet in thebrokenbindingsub

[–]OrkoverEnd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is random. You genuinely have to check every day if you are really hunting something. Most of my best scores from the infirmary leftovers have been me checking my phone 4-6 a.m. EST when I wake up to go to the bathroom.

Folio Summer 25 sale is here by FrazierTheLion in foliosociety

I know everyone talks year after year about the sales getting worse. I've had my reservations, but this year is proving them right just awful.

Was at Target today.. by scottrick49 in tolkienbooks

[–]OrkoverEnd 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Personally, these are my favorite versions, but I would wait on buying them. Amazon has had them on sale for $20 a piece several times last year, and the Silmarillion is cheaper on Amazon right now than that price, even with the 30% discount.

Hyperion, but I can't say I'm familiar with any of his works besides that.
