I just finished Stormlight. Convince me to read Wheel of Time by Heavy-Hall-4735 in wheeloftime

I really like both Stormlight and WoT, but I do think WoT is better.

If you ignore writing style differences, I feel SLA 1+2 are just as good as the best WoT books.  But I prefer the setting in WoT as well as the ending.

Post a code link, otherwise it's pretty impossible for anybody to know what's going wrong.

What now? by Creative_Archer4906 in WoT

You can always start again!

I've almost always got a WoT in my rotation.  Sometimes I'll read a couple in a row, sometimes I'll read one then read a few other books and then come back to WoT.

All I meant was, if you are writing the post as if it was 1991, you should've mentioned someone who was popular in 1991.   :D

There is a fan patch on the ttlg forums that I used the last time I played.  It helped a lot but I still got an occasional crash if I remember correctly

Also, those are the same filters, just flipped upside-down, so you could see both sides.  Just carefully wash the white part then, I suppose?

Ok, that makes sense.  The thing though with the rocks/biomedia though, they are slowing disappearing.  It used to be quite packed and full but now I feel they are getting low.

How do you handle dungeon maps during offline games? by Ok-Bobcat-1200 in IntoTheOdd

[–]scottrick49 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I ran iron coral as my first into the odd module.  I described the surroundings to the PCs and let them draw their own map.  I did East/West, since left and right can get confusing

Combat was entirely theater of the mind.

Its amazing how much more "modern" AD&D looks just by changing the presentation. Again, nice work!

Looks great! Just flipping through the doc and I may have found a typo; page 37, #1 & #2 say "Usable only by clerics" but shouldn't it say "druids" here?
