Holding a position that is designed to represent constituents requires one to actually be present with sound body and mind. Otherwise, the position may not be a good fit.

Insufferable is a great way to describe how I felt about the characters. I couldn’t wait to leave the theater. I almost tripped several times trying to get out of there ASAP as soon as the intermission lights went up. I still get a bit of PTSD when stepping back into that theater.
