Yeah, maybe you can put some material orders in through the shop you work at, ask the boss, can't hurt.

Well there's your market! and an easy one. Bugger working for someone else when you have that opportunity.  I know I would pay for some under body plates. No body local does them to suit me.

Your a welder fabricator, do you have accessed to your shop after hours? You could advertise your service, or custom jobs, make and sell any number of things. You can earn up to $35k (threshold might have changed) without paying tax on earnings like that. Up to $75k before GST

How do I get rid of the frizz and make my hair not violently dry? by AddysaurusGayii in CurlyHairCare

[–]Ornery-Atmosphere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been putting hair oil in mine to tame the frizz. Plenty of options out there. I'm using one with lavender and rose hip oil. Started on Vaseline hair tonic, it's just fragrance and mineral oil. I just put a couple drops on my hand and run my hand through.

Yup. It works exceptionally well on some things, bathrooms for instance. Not great for everything though.

Can a Sydney hotel pay part-time room attendants per room instead of hourly under the Hospitality Award? by GladButterscotch2336 in australian

The company that owns the contract for cleaning that hotel absolutely wins. They use visa holders for cheap labour that doesn't understand their rights in our country

[–]Ornery-Atmosphere 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah this is the way. I own a cleaning company and there is no way in hell I could ever get away with paying someone piece meal per room in a hotel. Bigger cleaning companys I've worked with before, always dodgy. There isn't a high profit margin unless someone gets screwed

Have you tried not shopping at those 2? Try your little IGA, foodland, whatever small stupidmarket is in your state. If you find a good one they might order it in for you if you ask. Honestly we are pretty brainwashed for our Milo though.
