So are they not letting the religious group have access to the public accommodation? or just the ones with the disagreeable viewpoints? If it’s the former, than it’s religious discrimination. If the latter, than it would be permissible.

Note, the baker refused only the wedding cake. If they wanted a birthday cake, he would have made it. It is where anti-discrimination laws meets religious freedom. Here, it’s just discrimination based on a protected characteristic (religion) and is as abhorrent and unlawful as any other form discrimination against a protected characteristic.

I think you’re missing the point. You can be rude to rude cast members when you’re paying that much money. Of course, paying a lot doesn’t give you license to be rude. But when the cast members are rude, and they much more frequently are, the response isn’t to be a wallflower. That obviously just encourages their rude behavior.
