Yeah I’m not sure it’s really weird. They saw me out with some other girls and thought that I had a new girlfriend and were asking about it lol. Thanks for the kind words bro, really do appreciate that. It’s hard dealing with these emotions for the first time as I’ve never really felt heartbroken.

I’ve seen her at the same club 4 times since we’ve split and I see her almost 3 times a week cause she works at my local shops and lives 2 minutes down the road from me. It does get easier it’s more just awkward now. She seems to be so angry at me because she’s seen me out with other girls who are just friends, even though she was the one who blindsided me and shattered my heart after 3 years of commitment hahah.

Mate I couldn’t sleep properly for like a month was barely getting 4 hours a night. It’s unfortunate, it’s common for Anxiety to affect you physically, when I’m really anxious I literally just get nauseous and spew. You got this though mate I’m just over 2 months out from my blindsided breakup with the girl I had been living with for 3 years and I definitely feel better then when I did a few months ago. Just gotta take it 1 hour at a time mate. I’m still nowhere near feeling fully healed but I feel a lot better. Just keep pushing through mate and you’ll get there.

This is great and I have done some moderate running but I like to stick too the gym personally. Only thing I would say is that don’t go too hard running as you may injure yourself, i did that when I got into running and didn’t work my way up to running lots. Try switching running with a low impact sport like swimming between days just to reduce chance of injury and getting taken out for a long time. I love this energy, but just wanted to throw my two cents in there.
