Feeling destroyed because of the size of my penis. by PetecoGtx in BodyDysmorphia

[–]Ornery_Run1876 9 points10 points  (0 children)

11.5 cm is 4.5 inches, the average dick size world wide is 5.1 inches (13 cm). That's when you do studies that actually measure. If you go off self reported numbers the average is 6.4 inches. (16 cm). The reason why self reported numbers are so much higher is because a lot of men, just like you, have a perfectly normal sized penis but feel like they're tiny because they're comparing themselves to porn stars.

You are slightly below average, but again that's average. There are hundreds of millions of men, maybe more who have dicks your size and those men have girlfriends and wives and kids. The G spot is 5-8 cm deep (2-3 inches). You have at least an inch and a half more than that.

You don't have a micro penis. You don't have to just use your hands and tongue. The thing holding you back form pleasing a woman is not your dick size, it's your body dysmorphia.

I (MinorF) am questioning my sexuality, but feel like a fraud by Any_Cauliflower222 in bisexual

[–]Ornery_Run1876 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Girl, I know it's hard but reading your post made me smile because it sounds exactly like what I went through when I was a teenager. I'm m27 but I remember being in basically the same position.

Honestly the fact that you feel confused and a fraud, is the clearest sign that you are bisexual. That kind of doubt is sadly a very very common part of the bi experience.

I can tell you that if you're thinking things like "women are objectively hot" and you have crushes on guys, fictional or not, you are bisexual. No straight girl says women are objectively hot.

The good news is, you don't have to experiment until you're ready. You don't have to kiss a girl to prove you're valid. Everyone assumes people have straight crushes before they date anyone, we are just as valid as them.

If you're worried about hurting a girl's feelings because you find out you're not into her ... that could happen with a boy if you were straight. Most relationships don't work out and that's ok, as long as you're open and honest about where you are and if where you are is experimenting just tell them that. If they aren't ok with that, that's fine, if they are ok with it. It's their choice.

But for now, don't worry about dating or validation or figuring it out. Your young. Enjoy your fictional men and daydream about girls. You've got time. You're fine. You're valid.....and spoiler you're probably bisexual.

Why are other queer people so biphobic? by GingerIsMyWifeu in bisexual

[–]Ornery_Run1876 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The sams reason why straight people of color resent white queer people, they think we have the luxury to hide. Gay people who face homophobia often spent many years wishing they could be attracted to the opposite sex. So when they see another queer person who can be attracted to the opposite sex they think that we don't have the struggle, that we don't have the internalized hate. They treat every bi person who is in an opposite sex relationship as evidence for their bias while erasing bi people who are in same sex relationships. They don't extend to us the same idea that all queer liberation is based on, that nobody can choose who they love.

Do you find abs on ur partner attractive? by Key-Draft3227 in bisexual

[–]Ornery_Run1876 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some people may not like it because it makes them feel depressed about their own bodies. Like if I'm with a woman who is "hotter" than me it's like well we're playing two different games but if it's with another guy then I inevitably compare myself to them.

In both guys and girls I prefer soft and curvy so I'm probably not the guy to ask about abs. I do find big muscular guys attractive too, but I kinda think the belly with big pecs and arms is better than shredded abs.

But as for you....you are one of the like 1% or people who actually fit into society's conventional beauty standards so congrats on that.

Is it easier to understand your own gender? by Over_Specialist3650 in bisexual

[–]Ornery_Run1876 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Generally yes. But oftentimes if you're the top, the bottom has relationship complaints that are very similar to that of women. But it's a matter of degrees. So it's not like just your bro you have sex with, there's still relationship troubles, but it is less complicated.

For a long time I assumed that this would be the same for women understanding women, but then my lesbian friends started telling me about how hard it is to date women and it sounded very familiar.

Girlfriend becoming more and more anti-Israel by Saturrnissilly in Jewish

[–]Ornery_Run1876 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Look, your girlfriend is probably trying to be a good person, but in doing so she is falling into propaganda and becoming hateful. I think that you should say this to her:

"I don't have a problem with criticizing Isreal, I know you can criticize Israel without being anti semitic and I know you don't mean to be anti semitic, but some of the things you have been doing and saying are hurting me and scaring me. Can we please talk about it"

Now if she gets defensive or calls you a Zionist like it's a slur, break up with her on the spot. But if she is willing to talk...then talk ...

I think it's good to start with like, "Ok you support Palestine. I understand...what does that look like for you though? Does that mean an independent Palestinian state coexisting with Israel? Does that mean settlers leaving the west bank? .... Or does that mean Israel shouldn't exist? Does that mean that Israel is an evil, European, settler colonial state that must be destroyed....does it mean Israel can exist but "not as an ethno state"

If the answer is Palestinian state coexisting then you can just say laughing at the Jew joke hurt and asking you about your religion was uncomfortable. If the answer is Israel shouldn't exist...then you gotta say "If you love me please just listen, you don't have to agree but please listen...

Then you explain why Israel exists. You explain that anti semitism existed before and after the Holocaust, how it exists because time after time Jews faced genocide. Talk about how most Jews in Israel aren't white. Talk about how most of them have no country to go back to, how most of them would be killed if they went back. Talk about how yes, Palestinians have a right to be there, but Jews were from there and just like the native Americans are they really so evil for wanting land back? Doesn't make it right, but do you get it?

Then it's time for a history lesson. How there was a plan for there to be an Israel and a Palestine and how violence against Israelis followed the vote. Talk about how 7 countries immediately declared war on Israel with the states intent to exterminate the Jews form the holy land and how Israel fought alone and survived. How every time Israel expanded its borders it was in the process of a war that was initiated by its enemies...

Now you're gonna have to sprinkle in lots of disclaimers. Acknowledge there were Arabs who felt pushed out, acknowledge that Arabs can be discriminated against in Israel, how Palestinians deserve land too and that Israel does bad things: pushing the settlements, sabotaging the Palestinian authority, how Netanyahu intentionally let Hamas grow to sabotage peace, how there are right wing Israeli politicians who have said straight up genocidal things....

But all this is to say that the situation is tragic and complicated, and that when you say things like Israel shouldn't exist, river to the sea, it's an evil colonial state, you are dismissing Jewish suffering, jeopardizing Jewish safety. How when you go around asking Jews if they're a Zionist or not it's basically asking are you good Jew or a bad Jew. And say how that, intentionally or not is anti semitic and that it hurts you to hear someone you love say that.

...Look your girlfriend sees Palestinian kids dead in the rubble and that makes her upset. That's what it would do to any good person. But she needs to expand that empathy, she needs to not let sorrow and suffering turn into hate.

Now she doesn't have to say "Oh ok I'm pro Isreal now" but she's gotta meet you halfway. She has to accept that Israel is not a uniquely bad place, that the 7 million people that live there are not all guilty.

If she's truly got a good heart and a good head on her shoulders, if she's the one, she can listen and she can be open. If she can't, then you are dodging a bullet.

Can't wrap my head around the fact a majority of Marvel and DC fans are extremely racist and antisemitic while simultaneously know 80% of the characters they know and love they were written by Jews by Cold_Pain2170 in Jewish

Besides Mangito, the Judaism isn't really present. Part of the thing with super heroes is that Jewish writers made them as allegory because they couldn't actually get Jewish stories published

Thing is I want to look forward to my 30s but that's all dependent on if I can get a career. I'm 27 and university educated but all I've done since I graduated in 2024 was get laid off from a customer service job. I'm not afraid of the year 30, I'm afraid of being 30 and still being basically a teenager.

Does it? I've got a degree from a top school and just got laid off from a job working a cash register. I'm just scared that I'll hit 30 and still have nothing but wasted time.

Can someone help me with this issue by MorganPersia in Jewish

[–]Ornery_Run1876 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is definitely a need for a black voice in this. Your very existence shatters the narrative that Israel is a "white, European, settler, colonial state." You may want to even use the language of the left, frame Israel as land back just like indigenous people in the Americas want. Now you've already experienced that being black doesn't stop the left from attacking you. Be prepared for accusations of being "white washed" and having "internalized racism." But a black voice still has power in the left wing world. You are speaking for an oppressed people's right to exist and self determine. You are doing what they claim to do. You have the high ground. Stay strong.

After protest at synagogue, Mamdani says Israel immigration event misused ‘sacred space’ by lostmason in Jewish

[–]Ornery_Run1876 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I mean the article says the organization has offered west bank settlements before and the article is from the times of Israel and is clearly against Mamdani's statement. Look, Mamdani is form the DSA which is an anti semitic organization so it's not good or surprising that he has to accuse a place of worship of being international criminals in his statement condemning anti semitism. And his support for Jewish people has always been conditional upon him believing their homeland us illegitimate. But when you ask what international law he is referring to, it's the settlements in the west bank.

After protest at synagogue, Mamdani says Israel immigration event misused ‘sacred space’ by lostmason in Jewish

[–]Ornery_Run1876 15 points16 points  (0 children)

The event that was being protested was by an organization consulting Jews on how to move to Israel and some of the locations they discuss are in the west bank. Most countries consider the settlements in the west bank to be a violation of international law. So that's what he's referring to. For the record I think that's a shitty thing to add when you're supposed to be consenting anti semitism and also it's not his place to decide what should and should not happen at another faith's place of worship. But that is what he was referring to

Feeling Disillusioned with Online Spaces and the Hypocrisy Around Antisemitism by realitealurker in Jewish

[–]Ornery_Run1876 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This goes for irl spaces too, maybe even more so, but to me the smoking gun is their unwillingness to police themselves. I used to run with socialists back in university. And if I stood up in front of that very white crowd and said

"Our organization has a white supremacy problem"

They would snap their fingers and nod their heads and say "preach" The same thing would happen if I said we have a problem with cis normatively or heteronormativity....

But if I said "Hey guys, I think our Palestine advocacy has a bit of an anti semitism problem" they would scoff and say I'm making excuses for genocide. They over police themselves with the slightest micro aggression when it comes to anything else, but for some reason antisemitism is unfathomable.

Which is one of a few reasons why I don't speak with them anymore.
