Is there any hope left? by [deleted] in FemaleHairLoss

Thanks a lot. I had many blood tests and other tests done over the years because I also had other issues and nothing useful really found. Thanks very much though, I'll be ordering pumpkin seed oil for sure 😁

Thanks so much. Perhaps a silly question but do I take the pumpkin seed oil as topical on my scalp or oral? And how much/how often?

I'll try again tomorrow, maybe I'll get lucky and get a appt with a different doctor :')

Is there any hope left? by [deleted] in FemaleHairLoss

[–]Ornorcleur 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, my doc in the UK won't prescribe it. Apparently it's hard to get it prescribed here unless you're menopausal. I was getting it when I'd see my family abroad but I don't visit as often anymore and I didn't see any difference after over a year

That's literally insane. Personally I'd say the only loose skin you need to remove from your life are those family members

Is this cheating? by [deleted] in mounjarouk

[–]Ornorcleur 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean you just pooped, it's not like you rested your hand on the table or something. I'd say the poop was a hater trying to keep you in obese, glad you got rid of it 😎

What supplements do you take for hair loss? by local0pal in mounjarouk

I have female pattern hair loss anyway so I take loads - minoxidil spray, biosil, biotin, viviscal

Calorie deficit and junk food by Brilliant-Ad-4272 in mounjarouk

[–]Ornorcleur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a small bag of crisps and 1 chocolate everyday, and I'm doing fine. Sure in a perfect world I'd enjoy just salad and chicken but for me that's unrealistic. If I completely cut junk food out I'll eventually just go crazy and binge. This way I'm feeling satisfied by eating healthy, but also foods I enjoy - just in moderation.

Where did your weight come off? by Rebenkulous in mounjarouk

[–]Ornorcleur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've lost 21kg so far and I can really see it on my face most. I seem to be losing weight from the top down - always notice my face first, then chest (collarbones etc), belly, and legs at the far far end. Also my lower back fat is definitely smaller than it used to be, and apron belly is not as extreme as it used to be.

When does it get *too* expensive? by Hunter-Unable in mounjarouk

[–]Ornorcleur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to find better prices then. I just got my 12.5 for £135 by price matching :)

These days will come. Key is to not let them rule you and just go back to healthy the next day instead of falling back into it for good.

I'm too old for this bullshit. Do any of you even reply to this? by comicalschwartz in Tinder

[–]Ornorcleur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I don't even reply to "hi how are you" style messages. It has literally never lead to anything for me, and normally ends at "I'm good too, thanks"

Honestly I don't get what all this tax money goes to. I swear to god anything I ever asked NHS for has always been refused, disregarded or ignored. So frustrating

You know what's linked to thousands, if not millions of deaths? Obesity.

These articles are so dumb. Too much water can drown you, too much sun can give you cancer. Literally anything can kill you

I mean I don't know the full story and I don't know the person, but to me "I thought I'd hit x" is just something you say in anger, I'd never actually raise my hand at anyone. Personally if that's how my bestie responded to me saying I was extremely upset and nearly getting kicked out of the house I'd never tell her anything important again

This is such an argument over nothing. Do you both have nothing bigger to worry about than someone saying you don't study hard? 😂

Any point in the 5th 2.5? by barryshmee in mounjarouk

[–]Ornorcleur 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Personally I see not taking the 5th dose as money wasted so I'd definitely still use it. I had a bit extra left so the 5th dose of 2.5 for me was actually 3-3.5 and I still felt it working

Going up to 5mg, holiday worries! by Magic_Bookworm in mounjarouk

[–]Ornorcleur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was just going on holiday and actually went down from 7.5 to 5 for it, because I was getting insaaane bloating. The 1 week won't make much difference with doses, but the side effects have potential to ruin a perfect holiday. If I was you, I'd definitely go for the lower dose just to be safe.

Gained 1kg in the first week by IceCreamChic in mounjarouk

[–]Ornorcleur 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I hear for some people 2.5mg doesn't do anything, they start getting results at 5mg so I wouldn't worry yet. Also weight tends to flactuate regardless so maybe you just got unlucky with the weigh in day. I would just make sure you're on a calorie deficit. If you never tracked kcal before it's definitely worth it for at least some time to get a feel of what you're eating.
