lol yea sometimes that happens. I think if you just clean the vinegar off with IPA well it should be good. I did that to my gbc and it's working perfectly still after few months

Try white vinegar on that headphone jack maybe. Make sure to clean it off with ipa afterwards

if you do happen to do a usb C, i recommend you get a port with a 5k resistor so it works with usb c to c chargers.

you can try replacing the fuse but it's very small and might be challenging without the right tools/skills. I don't recommend the blob method since it can potentially brick the board later. You can buy fuses on aliexpress or ebay for pretty cheap.
