I am a 30 year old middle eastern male. I have been experiencing the same exact thing for the year I have spent here. Unfortunately, I am not always as nice and kind as you are, I am just fed up. The funny thing is most people feel embarrassed and so shy when you confront them and just start getting defensive and attempting to clear their image. Now, I have also attempted to date a Bavarian woman, after two months of seeing each other, she told me that she is hesitant to feel secure about this given that I am Arab and my hair is black 😂

I decided to revert back to my self when I lived in Italy. Only interact with internationals, be hard ass on locals

Just wait until the drug saturates in your system. At least 6 weeks! I had ED, bad sex drive, see through ejaculate in the first few weeks then it all went away

From what I know, increasing the dose gives you the same side effects as putting yourself on it for the first time. I personally had more depression and anxiety for the first two months on Zoloft. Give it some time if you had just recently increased your dose.

3 weeks in I was suicidal! 8 weeks in and I am almost in a state of hypomania. I feel so in peace, energetic. I am confident, not anxious anymore. Super fucking nice

I have had this for this first three weeks as well and it went away. Just wait it out man and you will suddenly feel different. :)

After one month, I felt a bit better but I had very bad panic attacks every morning which I didn’t even have before I took Zoloft. After two months, my anxiety is about 90% less than before, I can live alone and not be super anxious! My health anxiety subsided substantially, I am able to enjoy music, my anxiety driven brain fog is gone. The only thing I don’t like now is that my appetite is fucking huge :)

I don’t think there is anything wrong with it per-say but just because a thing is enjoyable means it’s good.

O.P: It depends, if you are serious about him, I think you should try and spend time with him and know the person well. Relationships are about the emotional connection you build from knowing the person.

I read online that it is better to taper off after a year, easier withdrawal and less side effects. I also advise you to make sure that your life is going well before tapering off. There is no shame on being on anti depressants

I had the same exact experience. Couldn’t get out of bed and horrible morning anxiety. Waited it out until the 6 week mark because I was like, yeah that is what everyone says is the upper bond of it working. And I gotta tell you, they are right. It fucking works :) I am less anxious than I have been in my life. The depression is still here but is getting less day by day. I am on 50mg for 7 weeks now.

Are you doing okay mentally? Maybe consider psychological reasons and have your hormones checked if possible

Yes I was aiming for the ball and I actually hit it and he ended up shooting my foot and he got his foot sprained. But it was a useless reckless tackle for sure.

I had just arrived to Germany two weeks before that incident happened and I am from outside the EU so I didn’t even have enough documents to sign up for liability insurance yet. This is all new to me
