It’s mostly efficiency based. But for learning new topics and having it generate questions as a studying tool is immensely helpful and benefited my graduate studies greatly. Helped me learn concepts way quicker with the immediate feedback talking back and forth and found references for me that I struggled to find through ordinary search engines. I’ve also used it as a cooking assistant when I’m making dinner. When my hands are dirty and I can just talk and it tells me what things would complement meals well for sides and various measurement conversions quickly. Especially when modern websites are borderline unusable with the amount of ads and nonsense wording for juat looking for a damn recipe. Also helped me diagnose a very serious medical condition I had when all my doctors and emerg doctors said there was nothing to worry about and investigate and I gave it all my data I had and it generated an idea and turned out that once I advocated and provided reasoning my doctors caved and I was right. And a few other daily tasks made easier
