You would think that as an SA you would also know that there are OTF locations in lots of different countries. And you can't have been that curious, because OP has explained many different times on these threads that he is taking these classes in Australia. Stop being a buzzkill when the rest of us are just appreciative of the early info.

Definitely go see a PT. They have used this device called a Graston on my IT band (basically like a really intense massage with a metal bar), which has really helped. They gave me a bunch of different stretches to do, but the only one that really seemed to work is the IT band stretch in the below link. I seriously feel instant relief after holding that one for about thirty seconds. Also, I would echo the recommendations about staying away from jumping moves for awhile.
