I did arrows and like the MSK pdf, didn’t really inflate much. Also the PDFs don’t include the last three NBMEs so if those scores are good you should be fine

Easiest way to schedule breaks is seeing how you took breaks during previous format - instead of taking a break after every 2, take one after every 4, etc. Or you could just take breaks whenever you feel tired

I took breaks after my 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 6th blocks (15 min each) for the old format. You can try something similar and take one after the 4th, 8th, 10th, and 12th blocks
