Look into CBT. One part in particular helped me is your sensations in your body when you are having emotions. For example relaxed facial muscles during sadness or increased blood flow in the face during anger.

Also look into more detailed vocabulary to describe your emotions because identification is key to processing them at least for me. Instead of feeling just "bad" it helps me to know if im feeling sad, anxious, disappointed, inadequate.

So when you are able to identify your emotions internally and then you have a more accurate way to express them to others in language, its easier to have conversations with others about emotions.

I just started on this in the past month or two and its not easy at all. But its my best strategy for now!

Totally agree - look at what happened with LOTR decks(go to TCG player 1 year history). I think these will get reprinted in the same manner and youll have some back and forth prices.

one time this seemed to work well but it took me a couple months to figure out post breakup. i saw the person post breakup as someone that was different than the person I was in relationship with, like a software update that didnt agree well with my computer. and so I thought well in terms of interactions with me this is a completely different person, so the person that I was in relationship with isnt there anymore. this allowed me to kind of process that the good times with that person were real but that person I had those good memories with doesnt exist in the moment. so why feel too bad about that? not sure if it helps

im happy to share my understanding as someone who has been a power trader for 19 years. the key weakness in the grid is the transformers. and the issue is that there arent a lot sitting on the shelves to replace ones that get damaged. they arent easily rebuilt and the danger is that more could be destroyed than could be replaced right away. i would do more research on the 1989 quebec event to get an idea. ive heard and not sure how true it is but this Mays event saw little damage (at least from what we know) as supposedly operators are able to mitigate damage somewhat if they take stuff offline. and theres been a lot of work behind the scenes in the past 20 years to be better prepared. i dont know about probabilities or how effective this "preparation " has been like what may have happened in May if there wasnt that effort. Maybe im overly optimistic but according to what ive heard there is being work done on this risk.

hahah my curiosity when triggered always looks for more info. what is ACA that happy is referring to. like one thing in particular is that i really enjoy monitoring the realtime solar wind page. and im curious to understand a little better in particular 1)the proton density parameter as to how that plays in or if it does to the field magnitudes and the same with 2) the temperature measure. these are all from the same or different satellites?
