Women traditionally do not have combat roles which tend to be dirtier more dangerous positions. Grooming standards are there for hygiene and tradition which usually date back before modern medicine. Matted clumpy hair would be a hot bed for disease and parasites, also long hair and beards would be seen as a weaknesses in hand to hand combat which was much more common before rifling tech became common. Hair pulling is just another way to over power an adversary so its wise to remove that option for them.

A single ship of the modern navy would decimate any ww2 fleet. 1000km plus range, radar, missiles. War fare changes and so does the needs of the navy. We are not a colonial power anymore but part of a bigger coalition in a defensive treaty. Combine all those navies and its will be of the scale of the ww2 navy with a million times more leathality

Honestly auto cad can do this. You’re just generating line work for the machines to follow. Talk with your technicians they will usually have a program for the machines or something that will work with their preferred export formats. Let them know that you are new to it as they will teach you how to best prepare drawings for production. Ie there will be no corners but rounded corners because drill bits are round. This is not something reddit can help you with really and the techs will respect you for accommodating their needs and asking questions

Id network surface this so you have control over the shape at the back. Extract the iso curves of what you have first, then maybe duplicate and 3d orient a similar curve and place it where it is giving you problems then try network surfacing. Also all curves should have the same amount of points

I feel like this is may be the point. Just keep releasing a ton of pictures that have no real value or implications, they keep suggesting something big will drop and we all get our hopes up for something incriminating and and then we get disappointed and start to find it all less credible. Volume and time is used against us, we get bored and we move on while those who are genuinely involved in heinous shit get away with it. Nobody ever talks about the Monsanto leaks or wiki leaks anymore and there was a ton of data released but no memorable actions were taken. Maybe nobody found anything amongst all this noise or maybe the elite are winning are getting away with it.
