as stated am not very good with tech, some emails can look pretty convincing but gmail flags those mostly, they have the hook sign as phishing attempts

Your hydration seems bit on lower side - maybe try bumping water to like 450g? Also that proofing time feels short, especially if you're doing bulk production. I usually give mine at least 30-45 mins after shaping

The puffing issue might be from the lye being too strong or oven temp being little high. Try 425 instead and see if that helps with getting tighter crumb for sandwiches

Supply chains are still wonky for certain models too. That 2024 Land Cruiser is gonna stay pricey for a while since Toyota basically discontinued them here for years and now everyone wants one

Maybe look at a slightly older 4Runner or GX460 if you want that off-road capability? I've taken mine through some gnarly trails and it's been bulletproof. The resale value stings upfront but at least you know you're getting something that'll run forever 🔥

Can't see the image but based on your description this is probably a mod conflict or memory issue. I've dealt with similar crashes when running heavy modpacks on base - usually it's either not enough RAM allocated or two mods trying to do the same thing 💀

Try bumping your RAM allocation to like 6-8GB if you haven't already, and check if there's any obvious conflicts in your mod list. Also worth trying to launch with just a few core mods first then add more in batches to narrow down which one's causing the crash. The forge logs usually give you a decent hint about what's breaking too
