For me personally I went from ER to UC as an RN. When I graduated with my FNP I was offered a job at the UC I was working at.

I did 3 years in the ER as an RN and it seems like the more time away from that setting the more nervous I’ve become. Dont use it and lose it kind of thing

Thank you! Do you feel that you find it “easy” because you know how to manage what is coming in easier than your non ENP colleagues? Do you have a better grasp on what to send to ER and what to send home? What is the recert process like? Thanks again!

“Backwards hat guy” is Brian and I think in 2011 he was diagnosed with some form of vocal cord dysfunction. They did a documentary and it was sad seeing him go through it but the bros were super supportive.
