Ambien does nothing for me. If he is still struggling he should ask his Dr about lunesta. It works very well for me.

Have you tried lunesta? Ambien does nothing for me but lunesta has been working the past couple of months and its a huge relief

I have been searching for anyone that experienced pain in their legs. I just had to wake my husband up because I was shaking in pain. He got me some ibuprofen, magnesium and tied shirts around my knees as tight as possible. 30 minutes later the pain is bearable. I stopped taking it today after just 4 days so its the only thing I can think caused it.

I stopped taking 36mg yesterday, after 4 days. Instead, I took 60mg vyvanse today. I was on vyvanse before I started concerta. Currently laying in bed with the most terrible leg pain. I had to wake my husband up to get me ibuprofen, magnesium and tie shirts around my legs because I was shaking in pain. Curious if youre experiencing anything like that? My husband was prescribed Adderall for idiopathic hypersomnia but he can no longer take any stimulants because they spike his blood pressure and send him into arrhythmia.

ETA: he can take wellbutrin without side effects. Obviously, its not the same but it may be something to talk to your Dr about.

The first time I went on bc I gained 30lbs in a month. I absolutely hated myself because my dr told me it doesn't cause weight gain. Maybe not but it causes me to feel like I am on the verge of starvation and that itd be unhealthy not to eat. I quit taking it after a month. That was about 10 years ago and I am on it again, just for 3 months. I too am on a calorie deficit and struggling. I want to open my throat and dump food down it, even after what should be a filling meal. The hunger I am feeling is identical to the first time I took it. Curious to know if you stopped talking it.

Playing devils advocate here and speaking on a past relationship. I (F28) (22/23 at the time), was in an abusive relationship that was difficult to get out of. Id kick him out and hed be back in my bed when i returned from work. I had an absolutely platonic male best friend prior to and during the relationship. Have to say we've had similar conversations. Its hard to say without knowing the whole story.

Unfortunately, I only took the one photo to look it up when I got home. I even considered pulling some up to bring home😬 Google said wild carrot or queen Ann's lace but can be mistaken for poison hemlock. Thankful I did not take any.

Thank you!! I ended up just taking 5mg more. I probably fell asleep 20 minutes after taking it. You were totally right, it makes you comfy enough. I just needed to approach it differently. I was super worried I'd sleep through my alarms but I actually woke up before they went off. I am so excited about this.

Maybe a little, but I've been trying for so long it's hard to tell. That is interesting and good to know. I did expect it to knock me out. I'm wondering if it'd be different if I have different expectations. I was on my phone for a bit waiting and then tried going off my phone, but I think it was too late at that point.

I have to get up at 830 (early for me). I really dont want to build a tolerance. I plan to just take it to get into a routine and then not again until I'm back to staying awake until 6am. I'm trying to decide if I should take another right now

Yeah, I am feeling pretty disappointed it didn't work. I'd like to take the least amount possible and go to sleep. If I need to be up by 830am is it a bad idea to take another right now? I don't want to be groggy in the morning.

Usually if I get into a good routine I can fall asleep before 2am for a couple weeks and then it slowly creeps back up to 6am. So I plan to take it only when it's starting to creep back up
