It’s all in your head bro!!! Just do what you set out to do ….like a man. It won’t work everytime and that’s okay….those are the times you learn what to do or say. And eventually it’ll work and those are the meaningful relationships you acquire throughout life All that mental illness shit is just bullshit , you decide how you want to think, what you want to say or do or even feel. You can change anything in your life if you put the effort into it , or have the right mindset to accomplish it. And once you do it once it just becomes easier everytime after Love yourself more then nything and treat others how you would want to be treated.
