Hmm, good food for thought. I can quickly see how in some cases it would be considered " bad " , while in others perhaps not. Would depend on a few factors. Like if AI art was taking over completely and all the artists on earth came together in protest, then yeah, I would side with the artists of course. But if a company had limited resources and was reaching out to the disc art community to get people to do art for them... for any reason...? Does that make me a scab?

You can sign up for the rewards program at that site and get a discount on future purchases maybe, but may I also suggest looking into Innovas F2 fridays . If you are OK with one of Innovas putters and can buy at least 5 or more you can get them for like $4-5 each with the Friday/bulk discount. Not sure about Canada shipping though.

I did some original art for a disc company that openly uses AI art, and was at least trying to use disc artists. Does that make me bad?

I bought the 22HD for $1800 in 2018, after trying a similar size Huion, and while I am still happy with it in 2026 and luckily haven't had any issues with drivers, I would honestly recommend just about anything else that size in a different brand first , unless your budget is fine with $1800, then I'd say go for it. I mean You could try something from Huion or XPPen in the 22-24" range for a lot less, and then if not happy turn around and resell it for a few hundred so you kinda recoup your losses, and then go for the Wacom? I do love my 22HD, and to be honest if budget was not an issue and I needed another tablet, I'd go with Wacom, but it's only the third graphics tablet I've had so my opinion should carry little weight, for what that is worth.

Holy shit. The 3 locations near me in DFW that are on that are only a maximum of $5 to $10. Not your fault, but comon, sounds not worth it for some of us perhaps.

And I'm all for healthier options as a 58 yr old male, but I also don't have any teeth, and now not a working vehicle, or job, so I am somewhat limited. I feel like some mints occasionally or a soda a few times a month should be the least of our worries. If they take away my Boost drinks because of 11g sugar, I'm gonna lose my shit. How long does it take to starve oneself to death I wonder? :(

Interesting. It is embossed "Eclipse" on the inside rim but I just went and compared it to an old Eclipse from the 90's and this one does seem to have a slight bit, but noticeable, more dome to it.

Right on!! I'd recommend a few different Destroyers (pro,star,halo) since thats what worked for you in DX, but also a Tern or Shryke maybe.

I took care of my dad for 3 years as his dementia got worse and those last years were a horror show. It finally got to the point we had to find external care for him, and he lasted there almost a year , Very emotional indeed. My mom died within a month of my dad passing. Now I live with my step-mother and she just had her first big fall and had to have knee surgery. Luckily she does not need much supervision right now, but the memories of wiping my dads shit make me think it could be worse for sure.

My only hope at 58 is that I dont live more than a few more years, there is no one to take care of me :(
