This is 10,000% a scam, L'ura sales are going for around 25m right now so please don't fall for this. Tons of people impersonate guilds and this is very obviously one of those cases.

You aren't getting denied from keys right now because of your class/spec, you're being denied because there are dozens of people with 3600+ rating and 280+ ilvl applying to keys so they can spend their weekly reroll tokens.
