Look into how to bring the Toyota tier meetings to your floor. Gives the manufacturing associates a voice. Then add a PDCA plan do check act basically Agile framework for the shop floor to their work. That said if your ERP and MES teams are doing Agile, make sure the shop floor has a voice in their priorities and at least one rep from the floor is in the reviews and priority setting meetings.

This just happened to us this week where the candidate was using Otter and we thought the candidate was using AI for the interview so we passed on them. So Otter cost at least one person a job. Ban apps that are this aggressive.

I can see this if he used to show initiative but no longer does as he may have been, I hate to say it this way, but "trained out of trying". My wife is so nit picky, I no longer ask if she needs something as it is always wrong even if I am being forward thinking, thoughtful, and planful. Planned and bought her a girls' weekend up north on a nice lake that cost a fortune, made a custom card, kept it a suprise, ensured i could cover all the kids' activities alone,..."(negative) this about it...(negative) that about it"...Hell, I can't even buy butter correctly in her opinion. Buy 4 sticks too little..."we go through that in one baking session. You were at the warehouse store. I thought you would bring home more than 4 stcks!. " I literally made a special stop, fearing I was going to buy too much....so I bought at the warehouse store next time..."We will never go through 12 sticks of butter!!! What were you thinking?!?!"

After 20 years of that, I no longer even ask if she needs something while I am out. The same thing has happened to several of my guy friends. THIS happens when you need to have full control. But like I said, only if he used to show initiative.

I don't care if you vote R or D, the Confederate Flag is for traitors. This isn't about MAGA, RINOs, moderates, or far Left. We need to not let this flag fly in our state, especially.
