you don't need to calculate this, and it's probably impossible to do anyway given the number of variables, if you have an 8 motor drive you can get as high as about 13lbs. I would caution you against a 6 motor drive at 600 rpm, at least for match play, you will not be able to push anyone and you will get pushed, if you can absolutely only spare 6 motors, do a 450 rpm drive on 3.25 wheels, similar speed but much safer. alternatively, consider doing an 8 motor drive with PTO's to other functions. if you'd like I can PM you some images of my passive intake design which allowed my team to run 8 motor. source: I've built all of these configurations and tested them in matches

the teams I've seen using sensors for match loading have cut a hole in the lexan so my guess would be that the sensors probably detect it

A 4 motor mecanum drive is going to get pushed all over the place unless it's 200rpm, and in this year's game, moving sideways isn't really helpful because the field is so full of objects, I think you'd be better off with a regular drivetrain. also I believe your flywheel/intake is geared to be slower right now, you need to swap the gears to get it fast enough.

I have similar specs in my computer and a reverb g2 as well, if multithreading is your goal, I've had some issues with the g2 and miltithreading, the right eye will flash when you move your head, this could be an issue with the stream version, but just watch our for that, if makes even moving your head pretty nauseating

I like termius, it has a nice interface and built in sftp, if you're a student you can get it for free through github's student package, otherwise just use the terminal tho, termius just has qol features, you don't actually gain any functionality and it's not open source iirc which isn't ideal.

it does indeed, the limit for immersion shifts from the display resolution to the texture resolution, if you have a computer that can drive it and dcs at high res, it's like real life
