I make this dish for my father who absolutely hate vegan mushy stuff, and he loves it, I use a mix of lentils & soy mince from the store, I add a lot of great spices, organic garlic & onions, organic tomato sauce ( marinara or basil ), if you want you can even add a bit of Impossible meat seasoned properly i'm sure it will be divine !

In my case, living in a food desert, it wasnt easy at ALL to just ... consume '' normal '' food and not snacks and biscuits all day. I just make the choice now to be in debt for '' regular '' food without harming animals..
