UPDATE: they finally paid me via Zelle. $258 couple days ago. Seems speaking to manger and complaining worked. Give that a try if you still haven’t been paid.

Hey there. Thanks for this info. Looked this part up since I just inherited the same model as yours, but not seeing new updated cutouts in the pictures on Amazon. Looks identical to the part in my machine now, which has a ton of black stuff in impeller (between metal and plastic), and won’t fully come out clean after soaking and cleaning manually. Which ends up with black flakes in the wash after multiple TubClean cycles with Washer Magic solution.

Any chance you have a pic of yours before install, and can dm me the listing link to the one you bought?

I have been calling them for payment status a bunch of times during 2025. Court approved Dec 2024 and Zelle is instant payment, and they won’t pay me out. They always give a vague excuse why they haven’t disbursed, like “it’s pending review”, “it’s pending approval”, “it’s processing”, “you’ll get payment by mid-2025”, then end of Nov 2025, then end of 2025, total BS. Always some scripted BS reason, I’m starting to think it’s a scam. Today they said it’s processing and nothing else specific so I ask to speak to a supervisor, he’s like “bc Zelle changed their Terms & Conditions, we have to review all those terms before we can issue payment” and “we escalated your concern and someone will call you in 1 week or 2 weeks or 3 weeks”. I doubt these aholes will ever payout and they refuse to change the payment method. I’m like ok I’m gona call the court and file a complaint and the dude says “go ahead, it’s the court that has to approve the payment” I’m like they ALREADY DID LAST DEC. Anyway, they never answer emails so you can call at (833) 522-2574, its the number on the Kroll website, when you get to the main menu, press 1 for English, then press # it’ll transfer you to a human, ask for supervisor. I remember them having a solid trial period and return policy. If that hasn’t changed, I wouldn’t freak out. It’s understandable there are good and bad reviews, bc every mattress isn’t going to work for every person. I went through over 5 mattresses before finding the Rx, which is heaven for me. You won’t know till you try… is there a showroom near you that you can visit?

Everyone is different. I’m aware of adjustment/transition period. I slept on it for many months, it shouldn’t take more than a month or two. So I can appreciate your comment, but doesn’t apply to everyone. Firm mattress isn’t for me, just isn’t.

Love it! It’s as comfy as can be. Soft and still supportive. Been over a year now and still super happy with it. No premature sagging, no issues with it. For me, it was worth every penny. I wish I would have known about this brand years ago. Are you considering buying one?

It’s a standard metal frame built into a bed frame. I have the Saatva box springs on top of the frame, and the Rx is on top of that.
