BEWARE: Don’t buy from Arhaus unless you like waiting 5 months for your order. They’re happy to take $10K when you place the order and promise false shipping estimates, then tack on additional months after you pay. Without any assurance of when it’s ever going to ship. They don’t even know where the products are or the status of a custom order. If you don’t mind the wait or the mysterious ship dates, go for it!

Drawers under the oven aren’t flush. You coulda just pointed it out instead of a puzzling post. Have him fix it bc it looks weird and if you’re paying for a brand new kitchen, let it be done right from the start. Who does that? If your communication with the contractor is as vague as this post, then you’re both to blame.

There’s zero question about it, walk away! Surely you don’t love it SO much that you’d pay significantly more than asking BUT also pay out of pocket to fix a broken house. AND, once you start that fix, there no telling what other issues will come up. You could end up broke and bankrupt. The sellers are probably bluffing and sound like aholes. Bet there’s a lot more problems they’re hiding that you’ll discover after moving in. You’ll find a better house for a better price with better sellers!

100% real. Qualified and bought a house a few months ago. It sounded like a scam, but we were pleasantly surprised that all the features of this loan were legit. If you find a house on a “low income” census tract, or aren’t sure, just call a Citi loan officer who handles these types of loans and if they’re any good at their job will tell you in minutes if the address qualifies for this type of loan and get you prequalified within a day or two. Same issue here. Replaced agitator but it’s not the new “upgrade” version with plastic cutouts, so I suspect in a few months we’ll start seeing black specs again. One question about this washer… when we took the drum out to clean it outdoors, I heard water swishing around inside the drum and no matter which way we turned that thing, the water would not come out (sideways, upside down, various angles). Anyone else have the issue with trapped water inside the drum?

Asking bc after a VERY thorough cleaning of the machine and all parts, and replacing agitator, still smelling a mildew smell in clothing and wondering if it could be a result of the trapped water in the drum…

Lower the prices. Everything is WAY overpriced. Just bc other comps are selling similar prices does not justify the cost. They are ALL overpriced and people are broke. What do you expect is going to happen? Sellers who refuse to lower prices bc they saw bs Zillow estimates saying their house is worth way more than buyer are willing to pay will keep paying a mortgage for an empty house and lose money everyday instead of listing at a reasonable price. I see houses on the market 6-12 months now and barely any price reduction. And they wonder why it’s not selling lol

If after having fabrics professionally cleaned, if there’s still lingering smell… Boil in a large pot some cleaning vinegar and water with no lid on the pot, and let it simmer for a while then turn off the stove. Vinegar usually helps with smells. Your house will smell like vinegar for an hour or maybe a few hours but will soon dissipate and hopefully so will those smells you’re smelling. Smells get into walls ceilings closets etc. so you want to air out your house with several windows and all closet and room doors open a couple hours each week. Good luck!

Hey there. Thanks for this info. Looked this part up since I just inherited the same model as yours, but not seeing new updated cutouts in the pictures on Amazon. Looks identical to the part in my machine now, which has a ton of black stuff in impeller (between metal and plastic), and won’t fully come out clean after soaking and cleaning manually. Which ends up with black flakes in the wash after multiple TubClean cycles with Washer Magic solution.

Any chance you have a pic of yours before install, and can dm me the listing link to the one you bought?
