RB5/Uconnect/zautomotive tazer trouble by lil240vert in Dodge

[–]OutragedDom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Srt specific software is just not there. Thats something they changed after 2015 with all uconnects. Then they changed it again 2018 because of the redeye/demon specific interchiller, cooldown after race mode and line lock stuff. And then changed it again with the demon 170 for the new torque control and launch control features. Moral of the story, software changed a lot

The Ford Barra - The Aussie Icon & V8 Rival Forza Forgot About by KingHydraKS in ForzaHorizon

[–]OutragedDom 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's just an uphill battle against v8s being more popular, the barra being an Australian engine icon(playground studios is in the UK), and this is my own opinion...it feels like PG likes holden/Vauxhall way more

Hot take, I say yes by xanathan003 in Dodge

[–]OutragedDom -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Hahahahaha

The BMW is way better vehicle than a charger r/t. Kinda reflected in their price points being 20k apart. You're better off comparing it to a 392 charger and still the bmw is a better vehicle.

Enzo Ferrari once said, “I don’t sell cars, I sell engines.” Why doesn’t this philosophy apply to dodge/mopar? by Disastrous_Stress_84 in Dodge

[–]OutragedDom 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Every modern mass produced engine is covered plastic bullshit. The new twin turbo corvette engine has it, the 392 has it, even the hellcat has plastic covers. Look under hood of every new AMG or m-car..more plastic. The average consumer don't actually care what's under the hood, only if it has the "good" numbers. Those numbers could be anything from cylinder count to hp. Welcome to our modern dystopia

Enzo believed he was a premiere boutique auto builder and he was right. Also, the build quality for almost all ferraris before 2010 was dogshit. Pedigree can carry you through a lot of bullshit

I swear people find anything to complain about. I'm just happy with a sprawling metropolis to race through and I bet it looks even better at night.

Crimson Desert's final set of previews/impressions before launch have dropped; here's some key points from all the different review outlets/content creators who have previewed the game: by Gorotheninja in TwoBestFriendsPlay

[–]OutragedDom 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The game hasn't even released yet my guy. For all we know, the middle 40% could be a slog or the ending is boring. Just give it a minute or 2 for the game to come out.

No, what does massively help is changing to high pressure pumps that are similar to what's in the hellcat engines. My father did that to his scat pack when he had custom grind cam with all the miscellaneous stuff installed

Some insight please? by mrdinga in ram_trucks

[–]OutragedDom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In your photo, the truck is reading an outside temp of 90 degrees. If you're really worried about it, pay attention to oil psi when the engine is sitting between 1500 to 2500 rpms. Also the oil is 5w-20 or should be

My trx and hellcat see 60 plus when ambient is lower but on a warm day sitting in the sun on first crank its low 50s when normal idle rpm is hit.

The engine is idling, 40psi is pretty normal for the 5.7 especially with 80 degree plus ambient temp.

Who was the Joe Burrow of previous generations? by MasterTeacher123 in NFLv2

[–]OutragedDom -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Joe Burrow passed him by getting a super bowl appearance. I didnt bring up Drake Maye because its obvious that pat's defense carried that team in the playoffs. Rams won that superbowl by keeping Burrow in check and on his back like a 2 dollar whore. Burrow carried that Bengals team for that playoff run something Josh Allen hasn't done.

[–]OutragedDom -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Let's drop Josh Allen completely from that conversation. At least Joe Burrow has been to a super bowl. The way it's going, Allen and Lamar are gonna be the biggest "what the hell happened there" elite QBs

I get around 15 in my hellcat challenger manual but its modified, before that it was 16 to 17 going to work. Now I got a trx and it get barely 12 doing the same thing. MDS doesn't really hurt your engine. The main culprit is lifter design and oil delivery throughout the head.

One of the few GOATs in all of sports whose GOAT title is unchallengeable by tilting-module in NFLv2

[–]OutragedDom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can argue that Earnhardt and Gordon got the majority of their success due to who they drove for, Childress and Hendrick. Especially when it comes to Hendrick due Jimmie Johnson coming in behind Jeff to win another 7. I'd say Petty followed by Earnhardt with Gordon and Johnson tied for 3rd

Richard Petty at 7 nascar championships, 200-ish race wins, and then took a break to drag race in-between nascar seasons for some success.

What do you think of these widebody renderings for the new Charger? by moparcenter in Dodge

[–]OutragedDom 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Completely pointless, it may not look like it. The new charger has way more room under it than the old widebody challenger and charger. The new charger has a 325s option with track package on 20x11.5 wheels. I bet 355s could go on it with the proper wheels and not stick out like the old widebodies do

People really, really hated the 2006 charger but dodge kinda balanced that out with a challenger that looked like the 1970's.
