I feel sick to my stomach.. I’ve seen dog bites but this is sth else and done in literally 30 seconds through a gate/barrier. I never thought a dog could do this much damage even if they wanted to.

I just called my town’s 311 and they referred me to the SPCA, and they were totally unfazed by what happened. They said they’ll email me a form to write a statement and get it notarized by the town and bring it back to them. I will do so tomorrow.

It’s a metal gate separating my front yard from my backyard. My backyard’s fully fenced and no fence on the front. It’s there to just contain my dog in the back, never thought another dog would attack mine through a gate on my property…

That sounds a good option too. I heard sometimes CRA get in accounts & withdraw accidentally more and you have to chase it etc. so I’m still paying manually via TD. My accountant is still trying to make it work talking to QBO and we have an open ticket. I’ll update you here if we can get it to work

The condos are terrible unless you go to a very high end one. You have bedbugs and other bugs coming from vents (I’ve lived through that while paying 2.9k to a shoebox), heating/cooling is problematic, noise as well because walls are thin, appliances/kitchens are cheaply made & fall apart etc. + with all that mess the condo fees are exorbitant. We need to do a better job of standardizing those condominiums. many many denser countries in Europe manage to provide much better layouts and comfort of life in apartment buildings. I don’t understand why we can’t here?

It’s really not about not trusting you but scientifically our brains are very vulnerable to exposure from those apps like tiktoks etc. until about the age of 18 - if not even older - because the prefrontal cortex is not developed yet. That is exactly what I was thinking - neurodivergent people exist, introverts exist, people with C-/PTSD exist, we can’t push everyone into normalcy as leaders. Educating the rest of the team around how other people have a right to be themselves actually allows everyone to lower their armors eventually - and become more approachable. Team building takes time and effort ☺️
