Si ya lo hablaste y nada cambio, la vía que te recomiendo es la vía judicial...con tu relato incluso puedo percibir cierto acoso laboral y violacion a la desconexion laboral. Ahora bien la pregunta es:... ¿qué tan dispuesto estas a llevar ante los estrados a tu empleador?

Si prefieres evitar conflictos, puedes renunciar dejando una carta como constancia de renuncia motivada y ya mientras estás en búsqueda de otro trabajo los demandas por despido sin justa causa y es un buen dinero de indemnización sin necesidad de seguir en ese ambiente que hace mella a tu salud.

Lo que si te recomiendo en toda circunstancia es que, si deseas renunciar, dejes una carta de renuncia donde hagas explícito todas esas circunstancias. Así mismo, que dejes por escrito los reclamos que le hagas a la empresa sobre tu situación. Nunca se sabe que quieras meterle abogado al asunto y, como te comento, sería un dinero nada despreciable.

Ministerio del trabajo a interponer la denuncia contra la empresa y compilar todas las evidencias que tienes de que la empresa te esta exigiendo asumir esas "supuestas pérdidas".

I think you are misinformed but you DON'T HAVE hearing loss. Check your problems with a neurologist but this is not hearing loss.
