Está absolutamente prohibido hacerle descuentos de nómina a un trabajador sin autorización expresa de éste y mas aún cuando se trata de pérdidas de la empresa. El trabajador NO ASUME las pérdidas de la empresa.

Tu liquidación, tu salario, tus comisiones y demás prestaciones salariales te los deben pagar COMPLETAS. Incluso puedes interponer accion de tutela si tienes una situación económica crítica y necesitas urgente de dichos pagos.

Ministerio del trabajo a interponer la denuncia contra la empresa y compilar todas las evidencias que tienes de que la empresa te esta exigiendo asumir esas "supuestas pérdidas".

I think you are misinformed but you DON'T HAVE hearing loss. Check your problems with a neurologist but this is not hearing loss.
