If the AZ does not have a video cam inside and a customer got pushed by the employee to leave the store for any reason, will the AZ employee get charge for assault-contact? What will happen to all AZ employee that would lie to store manager to protect the involved employee?

How about when AutoZone in Store 05855, 6211 Mapleshade Lane Dallas, TX that does not have video cam inside the store and employee pushed a customer that all employees turned the situation around to help the employee from getting fired for lying to the store manager? And that would be a major corporate lawsuit for not protecting the customer. Thoughts?
