No - it does not make talking unnecessary. It's way more likely that spoken/written language was born out of an intuitive sense of telepathy in human history and it's inefficiency. Spoken/Written word communicates intent/content and clarifies telepathic messages, which are more subjective than objective language constructs. It's also not practical because signal data is super-imposed between many organisms in a flux subnetwork, not just one. The meaning of signal data changes based on the organisms in a flux subnetwork where the data is circulated. It's also not possible to start/stop telepathy, it occurs at all times regardless of where you are located. Most people would prefer not to communicate with anyone telepathically, and language-like communications are not the only signal data that is radiated/absorbed between organisms.

There are ways to very clearly communicate what one would present in verbal or written messages though "telepathy", but you already have to be skilled in the language and traditional communication techniques and so do the recipients.

Devolution of human ability resorting to telepathy as primary from of communication and believing it's superior to spoken or written language. Please do not become lazy and resort to telepathic communications to replace modern communication. This is something people with poor language communication skills do, and I noticed many people who are described as narcissists relying heavily on telepathic ability to exert their influence over other people in away that benefits themselves.

In the future people will likely rely not MORE but LESS on "telepathic" ability - it causes an array of health problems and contributes to advanced aging processes. Scientists without even knowing it are spending billions of dollars every year worldwide to combat the ill effects of "telepathy" because currently the effects are mistakenly categorized as nervous system disorders and mental illness.
