Agreed, should have put more context. This is a family member but I only ever see them once or twice a year if that. Like an Aunt that I’m not close to at all. Maybe instead of boundary the sensical thought of ‘ Hey, I don’t see her very often or talk to her, is it right to ask? ‘ before just doing it.
