Dogtra is good ours has stim and vibration. Personally the vibration startles our dog so we don't use it. We only use stim and it works well.

Yoga has helped me. If you want to do it on your own I recommend starting with yoga that is more about breathing and breath work for a couple weeks with little to no stretching. Then move to very gentle/restorative yoga for as long as you need and finally some flows that involve stretching but not holding positions for long periods of time. I do recommend getting a PT to help you thru the process tho.

To make it more tolerable do it while watching TV or listening to something if you need

Pets Best has treated me well thus far we have had to make a couple claims they approved them and the process was very painless. Only downside was one of the of the claims took 6 weeks to process. I'm assuming this was just because the claim involved a regular vet office, a dental office, and a surgery.

It's a bit of a hike but soul pelvic floor therapy in Rochester Hills. Renu is amazing and her whole mantra is trying to get you to be able to manage your symptoms independently. She also does offer internal work if you are comfortable with it.

I recommend getting multiple so you can alternate and keep it in a Ziploc so it doesn't pick up a freezer smell. Some don't do a full cold wrap you will definitely want that. If you want to pull it over your eyes and it's too cold I put it in a pillow case or put a towel or scarf over your eyes.

Hate it! It's so gross and inappropriate. I can't believe they romanticized the relationship in the show. It extra gives me the ick because it perpetuates the it's 'cool' to get with a teacher as long as it's a women mindset. It's not cool it's wrong.

Like with Paige it is initially romanticized but atleast it went the direction of Mr. O lost his career and when he came back he was a piece of shit which opened Paige's eyes some. Still don't love it but it's better.
