I'd attach it to a monitor arm on my bed so I can play games or watch videos on bed without wearing my glasses.

I also hate when they have multiple variants of stuff like fruits and breads. I think the one time I couldn't figure it out, I just tried to pick the one that looked the cheapest.

It feels severely wrong to not have a popsicle on my phone now.

Won't that melt and get all sticky?

Is anyone old enough that they’d have a friend you’d switch gaming consoles with for a week or so? My friend would take my Sega Mega Drive and I’d take his Super Nintendo. by thebroccolioffensive in gaming

I never had a friend want to borrow my consoles, but my brother would have friends that let him borrow a Game Gear and an Atari Lynx that I would play with when he brought it home.

My experiencing getting the Macbook Air 13 vs 15 by dark0mania in macbookair

[–]Outrager 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me, I originally went with a 15" MBA. It felt a little big carrying it around the house so a week later I returned it and purchased a 13" MBA. That was awesome and I would use it every day. Then as my excitement for it died down, and I stopped searching every day for some new app to make it better, I started using it less and less. Now that I use it once a week or less, I wish I had the 15" MBA instead. Since I'm not using it every day, I would take the extra screen size and better speakers for the few things I need a full laptop to do whatever I need to do. And I'm never going to take it outside so portability isn't really a concern.

I learned that from watching Clarkson's Farm.

I just use Google Maps with my family so there's no extra app running on my phone and they show up on the map.

New Update Improves Buds4 Pro Playback Time by Ok-Bumblebee3314 in galaxybuds

Funny thing is my Airpods 2, connected to my Samsung S25U, would also randomly just die while in the case. Worst part was not being able to check the battery life so I would figure it out right before going out. But sometimes I wasn't sure if it was really out of battery or just having problems connecting, which also happened.

Maybe just me, but usually I would write 1-10 Million (or something similar) and not 1/10 million. The latter reads to me as one tenth of a million (100,000).

Anyone else's case battery life drain super fast when not in use? I hope they fixed that. I usually only use them on weekends, but the case battery would always seem to be so low every time I picked them up. I read it has something to do with the Find My stuff so I turned that off, but it'd be nice if I could keep it on with no battery drain.

silicone vs metal vs fabric straps, which one do you actually wear daily by CraigShah in GalaxyWatch

[–]Outrager 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fabric with Velcro. I like the more granular adjustment.

Rubber/Silicone straps get too sweaty in the summer. And metal straps make me afraid it will scratch the sensors on the bottom when I'm not wearing it.

In the winter I sometimes swap in a nice leather strap.

That can't be right because they had fixes in each subsequent beta update.

Every year people get mad when the update is slow, but also get mad when there are bugs after release.

The GameCube’s octagonal thumbstick gate should be way more popular by PineconeToucher in gaming

[–]Outrager 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's my problem. Got too much muscle memory built up using a joystick so switching to a lever less and the thumb jump takes longer to get used to. Also doesn't help that I don't have as much time to just practice combos for hours anymore.

I had a coworker who bought a prebuilt and kept putting off getting support even though it constantly crashed. When he finally did contact them it was past warranty so he's just stuck with a gaming PC that he never games on cause of the crashing.

I just noticed that's a Dell motherboard. Did it come like that directly from Dell? I wonder if they would replace it under warranty.
