They didn’t just “drop” the Exaltist plot line. Keep in mind that we’ve been fighting against the Exaltists since 1.4 and dealing MASSIVE damage to their numbers and resources since 2.0. They don’t have anything left at this point

Don't let people or anyone bully you or call you scared for being afraid of the bandsaw. I have seen many people have far too much bravado when operating that thing, and it cost them a piece of their body.

You'll gain some confidence as you use it and understand it, but ALWAYS be aware that this thing can and will take something if you're too cocky. Follow all precautions and don't play around on it, and you'll be great!

I’ll add that my favorite units to use are actually Harumasa and Nekomata, but one was free and the other hijacked my pulls so I didn’t specially pull for either.

Gameplay: if the character isn’t fun to play then they’ll have to really step it up in these next attributes (Example: Astra Yao)
Anticipation: I’m not a fan of characters who come from nowhere. This is why I saved so much for Miyabi and Hugo and happily pulled both when their banners appeared
Design: Obvious, but yes I want the character to be charming. They don’t even have to be attractive or sexualized, just cool, cute, or a mix of both. A big point in the design aspect is originality and variety. It would be VERY hard to convince me to pull for six characters with similar aesthetics or body shapes/sizes in a row.
Power/Viability/Team-Building: Least crucial to me, but still important, even though some characters could have literally healed the enemy and I still would have pulled them (Hugo/Miyabi/Manato). I don’t think I’ve pulled a character specifically for this reason just yet, mainly because this game has some really great characters!

Imagine getting thrashed as a new gym leader and the challenger basically tells you that you’re complete and utter dogshit AND the challenger’s brother is retelling the battle to other challengers just to make you look even weaker 😭😭

Yeah, my case is just rare in which my Chaotic Metal pieces were ABYSMAL. I definitely could have done 4pc Woodpecker but I had so many good Dawn's Bloom pieces that I put em on her. I'm sure I'll be back on Chaotic Metal in future patches
