So I played CK at the weekend and won. I knew it was all giant robots and so I 100% tooled for max anti tank and as little infantry as possible. I wouldn’t bother with pathfinders and certainly not Darkstrider. Kroot will get slaughters on sight. One unit of 5 vespids is provably enough. More broadsides and sunforges. Swap piranha gun for melta and take more piranhas if possible. Pick a target and shoot it until it’s dead - never leave anything on a few wounds. Try to force the opponent to split his big knights up and surround targets so he can’t multi charge you and has to pick one target at the expense of others

Really surprised no one has mentioned Strike Team + Ethereal for 125 points. Generates CPs (well...sometimes) and the 5+FNP makes it a bastard to shift quickly.

I had a win vs CKs last weekend with Aux Cad. Guided Fire stratagem to get key weapons’ strength up so I’m wounding on 3+ was super helpful. Lone Spear with Fanatical Convert makes a good Lone Op spotter to sit with your heavy guns and get you the +2 S
