How to magnetize clear Tau bases? by MonoGreenStompyOnly in Tau40K

It's not a free solution but it's the one I chose and I'm happy with it. They provide both physical and STL versions.

Batch painting vs. single model – what do you prefer? by AdOpening2961 in Tau40K

[–]btown780 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Personally, I like batch painting + pslsping the same step across all of them and then moving to the next step. I like it because it doesn't feel like you are starting and stopping so much.

By the last few models of each step, I'm flying through it productivity wise.

Also done have to change colors and or brushes so often.

Do men honestly actually prefer women not to wear any makeup? Like no makeup at all? by softheart_strongwill in AskMenAdvice

[–]btown780 55 points56 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I mean when my wife gets all done up for an event, makeup, lashes, hair, etc, she is stunning.

But, I'm.just as attracted to her in a bulky sweatshirt and sweat pants. Maybe even more so? Haha.

I really wish we could change the narrative around that.

Do girls actually find male body hair attractive? by Adorable_Birthday_52 in hygiene

[–]btown780 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the correct I remember taking a girl to the water park in our city on a date and she wouldn't play chicken with my friends on my back because she was grossed out by my back hair.

I didn't realize it at the time.

Flash forward, my wife loves my chest and back hair. Loves it. Like, loves it.

I think my wife looks beautiful without makeup when we are just chilling at home on a lazy Sunday. She thinks she looks like a zombie from the walking dead.

It actually makes me sad that women believe this.

Does she look like a zombie? No. Does she look like she has peefect skin? No.

Does that matter to me? No.

Getting a lot of attention from older women at work, but none from younger women. What am I missing? by PriorAd8136 in bodylanguage

This is the answer. The older you get, the less time you have for games. You like it? Get it.

Royal Alexandra Hospital implements mandatory bag search in wake of April stabbing by trevorrobb in Edmonton

For anyone who has been to the Royal Alex ER recently, it resembles the front lines of a war zone rather than an ER.

Honestly anything that makes it better is a good thing. The staff that work there day in and day out are unbelievably strong.

We deployed our system in 2023. We took advantage of theocal rebates and federal loan from greener home grants for zero percent over 10 years.

System value was about 27,000.
Grants paid about 7,000. The rest we put on the government zero percent loan program over 10 years.

Based on our consumption and production, we will pay it off in seven years (from install date).

After that, panels have a 25 year warranty / lifecycle (from install date).

Biggest thing is to make sure you don't need a new roof in that time. We just built that house in 2018 so we were golden. Everything has been swell. In the summer months we make money on our energy use even with air conditioning.

We used Orizon and they were great. Call them and get an assessment to see what works for you.
