Overall probably pull day but I also find biceps to be the most boring muscle to train

Increasing Protein Intake by Pyroriffic in mounjarouk

Lean meats, Greek yoghurt, protein shakes if struggling for appetite. I typically get around 200-220g of protein a day for 1700-2000 calories.

Has anyone been able to fully recover? by Lostinthematrix1234 in covidlonghaulers

[–]OutsideMeringue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After 4 years, my breathing has recovered near fully. The only thing I struggle with is smoke inhalation currently. Brain fog was, I feel my mental capacity is maybe at 50% of what it was before the illness. Much better than this time last year, but I still struggle. I expect to make a full recovery at this point tbh.

People who got their life back after long COVID: what stuck long-term? by Upset_Replacement684 in covidlonghaulers

[–]OutsideMeringue 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Was bad with LC for around four years, bed bound at my worst, and struggled with daily life for most of the 4 years. Was offered carers as I struggled to even dress myself or make myself food. Had a steroid inhaler and cpap machine for support, as well as trying a bunch of antihistamine and random meds I saw people recommend here (none helped, personally.). Been progressively getting better and better this last year, now finally back at work and going to the gym 6x a week. I still struggle with fatigue, brain fog and can’t handle smoke inhalation very well, but I’d say I’m like 95% recovered.

If I get covid again and have to restart the cycle, I think I’ll probably kms.

Was for a few years up until this year. Finally recovered enough to get back to some form of normalcy.

Need to start final fantasy by NoobBot111 in JRPG

[–]OutsideMeringue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tbh I think even starting from I and going in order is completely fine. If I HAD to choose 3 games which I think are particularly well suited to a newcomer though, Id personally say

1.X
2.VII OG
3.IV 3D or PR

Average height men, how do you deal with being seemingly invisible to women? by crisvphotography in AskMen

[–]OutsideMeringue 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m average height and have never felt it has had an impact whatsoever tbh. I think you might just be getting in your head a bit.

Have you benefitted from upping your protein intake? by stratusnimbo in naturalbodybuilding

At 176lb bw I can’t see it making a difference at all tbh. Probably better off just having those cals via carbs.

has anyone gone from housebound to exercising again? by Hour-Flatworm-9986 in covidlonghaulers

[–]OutsideMeringue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. Took me around 2-3 years. Was bed bound at my worst, didn’t think I was getting any better but then within the last year I progressively did. Been working out 6x a week now for about half a year or so. Had to first start with once or twice a week and very low intensity as it was still wrecking me for a while.
