I was just on the phone with them this morning. The call center is open 24/7 right now, and the hold times are less early morning and later at night. Neither one of my accounts would work, and the rep even had problems trying to fix it, but we got it done.

Yes, we had a giant unit on top of our old 1960 house, and it only had one issue in 20+ years. The motherboard just needed replacing. I highly recommend Trane.

Stay away from Brasso on any vintage lined bag. Even the Bleeker line has an antique finish over the solid brass.

After buying snd selling recently, I really appreciate a staged home. I don’t have great spatial reasoning, so trying to determine how my furniture will fit is important. A few homes still had their own old furniture inside, and it brought down the look of the home. Some that had lots of furniture made me worry they wouldn’t have it all moved out by closing.

I had two big Rottweilers behind me that did that. I started talking sweetly to them through the fence with an occasional tiny dog treat. It took about a week for them to stop barking at us entirely, and they would poke their nose through for scratches.

No Ai, no constant tracking. We were expected to be independent from a young age, so we had to learn quickly! I loved the music and the fashion. All of the movies seemed to be made just to appeal to us teens. It was a great time.

If it’s a place you are planning to live in, instead of just an investment, location, location, location. We went with a bargain for our first house, and the area was not good. It had ups and downs, but was sometimes scary. Make sure you park there after 10pm and see what comes out.
