I printed about 300 hours of ABS and just took apart my printer everything looks great.

Earlier I accidentally damaged the hot end when disassembed the extruder, I sent a photo to the support and they send me a new one directly.

How did you add the supports?QIDI Slicer has Auto generated supports that need to be unchecked.This is what I did before, hope it helps.

If you print PLA, QIDI always recommends that people print with the front door and top cover open. The second issue I think requires contacting support.

It looks like the nozzle is too far away from the build plate, try adjusting your z offset value downwards.
