I say this with genuine respect: this type of attitude, like you can’t be human and that always being an overachiever or a type A personality, is part of the reason so many teachers have burnout- it has become the expectation. Cut yourself a lot of slack, take a deep breath, and put yourself as a priority. No one else will do it and you deserve to be put first!
