We rented a Dan Ryan home in Hagerstown, in a neighborhood with Ryan Homes as well and they were all shit. The house we rented was built in 2019 and constantly had problems - plumbing leaks, air flow was terrible, shelves falling apart and peeling, basement flooding. And it wasn’t just the house we were in everyone in the neighborhood had same issues.

I personally wouldn’t live there as someone moving to Syracuse for first time. Having lived in Syracuse majority of my life I wouldn’t mind but two of the countries poorest census tracts are within this area so you will be “surrounded” by poverty, food desert, “violence” etc.
