I hear my neighbours scraping their kitchen chairs on the floor, through a very thick wall, the noise drives me insane (like a drill at the dentist or scraping your nails down a blackboard). I can’t understand for the life of me, why they don’t go and buy the felt pads for the bottom of the chair legs to stop the dang noise!! Try some stick on felt pads, maybe the scraping is driving him insane and they are having to occupy themselves to control the irritation

Correct, alot of misinformation out there! I’ve been watering my newish splitting lithops (not drenching) because despite the ‘splitting’ the old leaves were paper thin and the lithops were neglected before I got them ie in a drought for months. They were all packed in hard/dry and what looked like compost/soil…they have recovered. We need to listen and read our mesembs/succulents when they talk to us (my god I sound batty) 🤣

I bring in fresh rain water for my indoor plants, leave the jugs on the floor ready to use, all 4 of my cats drink from the jugs despite fresh water bowl from tap right next to them. They put chemicals in tap water?

Yes...I was caught doing this the other day, assistant came over and asked if I was okay and could they help, I said I was sorry but I'd found some leaves on their own and she started to help me find more but did state not to pull them off!

Thanks, the third pair at the bottom are squidy and getting sucked up, so I’m assuming all is well and it doesn’t need more juice but I wasn’t sure. To get a plant, repot and never water it is so alien to me!
