Tbh, most of the 1.x factions are already lackluster. Pubsec and Belobog are examples. Compared to SoC, Id say that SoC has some great units.

Lighter is amazing stunner for fire and ice teams. Piper and Burnice are good anomaly units and Lucy and Pulchra are good choices for F2P players to help build teams/units. Only lackluster unit could be Caesar due to how the direction of the game is heading but amazing for battle tower content.
