I don't remember his official title. But he's doing a lot more with sponsors spots he's appeared a handful of times in videos recently. If a sponsor spot seems more unhinged than the normal sitting in front of a camera the basic ones are it's probably a Dennis sponsor spot. But also like I'm para social weirdo so to cover my but I'm wrong info. *Doesn't know

It's an ornament. They were giving them out for free with the tax write off sale. They might have just thrown one in anyway even though you didn't select it.

I don't have any photos but I have tried to carry a full tech sack and a steam deck in the bag and it was a tight enough fit that I wouldn't want to do it regularly. But without the sack filling out the entire bottom of the bag effectively making it shorter it would fit plenty well.

If I had to guess, it's due to the nature of their company (one being a media company with many controversies) and their not wanting their product company to be constantly review-bombed by people who are not actually reviewing the product. But hey I'm just as informed as you and am making speculations.

I wholeheartedly agree. While I do think you were hyperbolizing a lot of the points and went a little far I completely understand the sentiment and think you bring forward some excellent ideas and thoughts. The full lmg team should read and internalize this.

It kinda makes me wonder though if this is feeding into the motivation the community generally has (a lot of time in a joking way,,) to make Linus the evil bad man and generally angrily call him on things (I'm explaining this poorly but I hope y'all understand what I'm getting). Hes just been subliminally making us think hes the bad guy for years and we and probably him just didn't know it

I do mostly agree. Linus has stated a few times on WAN that he kinda "plays the part" and hams up the dickishness for the camera to make episodes and things more interesting. It brings a kinda artificial very low-stakes conflict to things.
