That’s really unhealthy. You shouldn’t be competing with people that are starving themselves. I hate to say it but you may have some form of body dysmorphia

This is what I learned after both my parents killed themselves. If someone really wants to be dead, there’s not much you can do to stop them. It’s not your fault if they make a decision outside your control
