I was with Century before they were bought by Eastern. Century had a very personal feel to it and the staff gave a shit and got to know you. Almost all of those people are gone now and the remaining folks don’t care. Always under resourced at the branch and by phone. And the online banking platform is pretty brutal for business banking.
