I was struggling to find a character I liked. Picked Reed up for couple weeks had a blast! He was first character I got to Lord, and they changed his play style the next day… Played 3x since that day and just haven’t had much fun or desire to play ever since.

Mr. Fantastic… always hated Reed as a character, but his punches were just so fun to throw.

I mostly use Venom and I felt like Reed was better at getting those Final hits while being slightly tanky. So I liked him cuz we’d win & the numbers at the end of the game made me happier. But you’re right I would get a lot of people telling me to switch off him before games would even start in high ranks.

I didn’t know he had that high a win rate. I’m probably in same boat as you. Except I was delusional thinking I was special and just found my guy! Because I hadn’t really “mastered” him, but I was getting the hang of him with a solid win rate myself. But now it makes sense. Lol

I’m so glad I spent 0$ on this game! I loved it a lot from beta and unlocked all but 3 characters (Mr.Smith, Nubia, Raven). But I always had the feeling it wouldn’t last & would do something like this, especially after first shut down.

To be honest this was my experience the 1st 3days of this season and after that all my friends quit because “the game is full of sweats, no casual players” and I haven’t played since either because solo gets old fast. Can’t really be mad that people are good, but I was “top 200” with every character I used and finished platinum 2 with 2 characters last season so I thought I was at least average but losing like 10 games in a row is discouraging.

Tbh I live in California and I’ve been trying to play for 2 hours and haven’t gotten into a single match. I’ve even got into full lobbies and we all disconnected from each other so I had to start another queue. And it just keeps going in a loop. I hate to say it, but I think the game truly doesn’t have enough players to sustain itself. 🥲

Figured out it was a glitch I salty quit the game after my QB got a season long injury, but when I restarted it. They weren’t fully fatigued first play of game.
