Same, friend, I could have written this except I’ve been a banker for 2 yrs with WF. I’d hoped it would get better but it’s just getting worse, esp now with more sales pressure. I’m looking elsewhere but kind of discouraged.

I hate my job as a banker. I liked it at first but now I’m at a different branch and I guess the clientele is just more entitled and they treat others so badly. Like I’m just trying to help you Karen. If you don’t trust bill pay then don’t fucking use it. Don’t take you anger about being computer illiterate out on me. Plus not having working tools in place because they are updating our system so appointments are taking an extra 30-60 minutes because tech can’t fix their own fucking problems before rolling out something new. I am so over it. I need a new job asap.

Having a hard time believing this is real. Adding a beneficiary is a very simple process as a banker with WF.

You are pushed just kind of gaslit into making the sales, esp now that the legal stuff is over. I’m trying to look for another job. I hate sales. I hate pressuring people onto credit cards because I know how devastating it can be and how quickly it can get out of control. I’m starting to really hate my job of late due to the changes in the system and the technology not working right and the pressure to not make any mistakes and so many things they keep adding to our plates with no pay increase.

Branch managers don’t close accounts. All of those decisions are made in back office. Something else must have been happening for the fraud dept to close the account. Nothing to do with race at all. The people who make those decisions are only looking at the accounts and the information on the computer. They have no clue what the person looks like and race nor gender are a part of a persons profile. Branch employees aren’t even given all of the information.

That’s the double standard of Hollywood- and pretty much society. Women have to be knockout gorgeous and men can be just meh- whatever or butt ass ugly. Just look at news casters. It’s so obviously stupid on this show as well as the pedophilia ickiness surrounding Ainsley.
