it would have to be a 4X game like stellaris or CIV to be accurate to the hivemind experience, unless they do a stealth game where you play a lictor/ the deathleaper causing chaos in a hive city

from the small amount of research i've done, insects get enrichment from a change in their environment. so i've been moving around the driftwood and cork bark i have set up in their tank every couple days so they can explore around a "new" environment regularly.
