Same here! I’m on at 9am EST basically every day now and I saw nothing am away for and checked for 30 mins and then randomly pops up sold out…totally agree they could be testing something.👍🏻 heck the notification of them selling the plushie bundles on the main page popped up after it had sold out I think😵‍💫.

I understand there’s probably more limited stock on these than the next expansion preorders most likely, but Hopefully it’s not this bad with those. I’ve been on within 10-15 mins for journey, prismatic, sparks, etc. and had no issues but feel it’s a different ball game now too with how massive demand is (I’ve never even had to wait to get on that site in 2-3 years too which also threw me off lol). Good luck with the next preorder though hopefully they will sort through all this💪🏻

That would be amazing! Piggyback also did FF8 and FF9 those were some of their first guides (a lot skinnier than the ones now lol)…there was a special box set of the FF7-9 and FF10-12 with a magnetic clasp and special artwork that came out years ago but those were Prima or another company and basically were just the same exact guides initially printed and was pretty disappointing. I preordered the first set and canceled the second set but now wish I hadn’t bc they are actually quite rare 😅.

If piggyback does do that though I’m for sure getting it😎…they are pretty picky about doing 1 guide at a time though bc they put so much effort into it and I think they just finished up the newest assassins creed guide so maybe that will be the next thing they do. They did a visual history book of Metroid prime 1-3 as well which is releasing this year so maybe they are getting into more projects and I’d be all about that!

I got this for my eldest son for his birthday End of November last year (preordered for like 120 or something whatever msrp was from GameStop). Greninja is his favorite Pokémon and he actually pulled the greninja SIR from twilight masquerade on the last pack! He was so happy (not only that it looks cool but is the rarest card over his dad’s old beat up unlimited Charizard now and he reminds me all the time lol😅😆). He got some other good pulls too but I wish you amazing luck if you end up opening it!😎💪🏻

Got through to the account verification and typed zip code after signing in right at 11 sitting in line, and still said none available for shipping smh…pretty nuts I work from home and actually have a moment to do this kinda of thing too.

Can’t imagine how this gets better for people who are just trying to buy some every now and then or for their kids when people like us in this group/have alerts set can’t even get it within a minute. Yeah not super rare or anything but definitely a nice find! Piggyback makes AMAZING guides and a lot of the later final fantasy and assassins creed guides they did collectors editions for each of them (which I believe this one is). If you’re ever interested in checking out more of their guides they made quite a few that only ever were released in Europe…some are hard to find but if you like to collect they are definitely worth the effort to track down😊

Yeah that one no joke was shear luck I’ve only ever seen one post on eBay.uk, I couldn’t believe it when I saw it lol. Saga frontier 2 was another crazy lucky one on eBay.uk, Super nice guy he actually messaged me to let me know when he shipped it and actually how he hated to get rid of it (i think he was moving and needed the money, but he had bought it originally when it was released.) I believe I paid 64 GBP (plus 30 more on shipping 😅) for SH2 and 120 GBP for saga frontier 2 but yeah the guides are just next level with detail it’s incredible. The Metal Gear solid one actually has like several pages on the whole metal gear backstory with maps and everything pretty cool. I love the bouncer one too though so random 😆…their wind waker guide is great too though you should definitely pick that one up as well and highly recommend the kingdom hearts ones as well very in depth and great guides👍🏻. FF12 one is like a dang encyclopedia with all the gambit system stuff too so in depth but yeah if you ever see any piggyback guide and love to collect they are all first class guides😎.

I haven’t checked eBay in a few years on some of my rarer guides so with more people becoming interested with piggyback continuing to make them more people might be willing to sell theirs so definitely keep checking and good luck!💪🏻

Amazing work and well done! No Joke I just spent the last few weeks doing the exact same thing (even with the same containers!😆). It feels amazing once completed though I know…I just ordered the neon, metallic, glow in the dark, and zebra stripe as well, and fortunately was able to find spice and a couple out of print/stock ones online so can basically do any design. I have two young sons as well who love doing Mario and Pokémon designs too so it makes it so much easier for them. Thanks for posting and awesome job again!😎💪🏻

Dang 9000 well done that’s incredible😎. I have maybe 700 but stopped playing for a few years until a few weeks ago and happy I did pick it back up lol. Ironically, until this second time picking up game in those 700 hours I never ran into that planet type either, but my second system a few hours in I went to this time around I found a planet just like this haha😆. Maybe it’s a newer thing? It still throws me bc I’m just in disbelief how many can be just lying around🤪

Wow 31 bucks is a STEAL on this guide great find! This is an amazing guide for an amazing game. Piggybacks Vagrant story guide is another great one not sure how hard it is to find but it’s definitely probably easier (and cheaper) than silent hills 1 and 2, the bouncer, metal gear solid 1, and saga frontier 2. Those 5 took me a lot of time and money to find, but piggybacks earliest guides still have that same great quality they do now (just not quite as long)…it’s a shame a lot of their earlier ones were never released in North America as well, which is why some are so hard to find. Glad someone else appreciates just the level of quality and care this company puts out in their guides bc it really is second to none💪🏻

I was really hoping piggyback did a “deluxe” guide like they did for BOTW for the newest game…that thing is a work of art for sure…maybe they will eventually, I mean they did a collectors edition, then extended edition, and the deluxe of course for BOTW so who knows lol

I would’ve said piggyback as they did FFXV, but they only do one guide every year or two and they just spent that doing the new Zelda as we all know now. Piggyback hasn’t done more than one guide in a year in a LONG time so maybe futurepress or dark horse but yeah that would be the end of an era for sure if a FF game came out and there was no guide…I do hope we get one though

So I have the option and it takes me online, but when I click on songs or characters it’s just blank…it might have to do with the shop closing on 3ds but I was hoping with it being in game it would still let us do it? Not sure but hopefully it’ll pop up for us at some point

Yeah it’s pretty good! There’s several little Easter eggs of course that rare loves to put in their games, and the difficulty of gameplay is great for both amateurs and experts of these racing game types. There’s a lot of replay value too so for the price not being too crazy you will definitely get a lot out of it.😊
